Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a refund or exchange. Our team will be happy to assist you.

Returns

We can only accept returns if:

• The item is unused and in its original condition.

• The item is returned within 14 days of receipt.

• The item is returned in its original packaging where applicable.

The following items are excluded from our returns policy:

• Personalised products

• Sale items

• Earrings

Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, subject to the item meeting our return conditions.

Please note that items are returned at your own responsibility. We cannot accept liability for goods that are lost or damaged while being returned to us. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. However, personalised orders that have already been produced cannot be cancelled.

Please contact us to check the progress of your order and whether cancellation is still possible.
