If any reason you are not satisfied with the order please contact us within 14 days of the order being placed for a refund or exchange. Our team will be happy to help you.
We can only accept back any item unless:
Refunds or exchanges will be made within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.
Excluding personalised products, sale items and earrings.
All items must be returned unused in its original condition.
All goods returned to our offices are at your responsibility, as we cannot be held liable for goods lost or damaged.
If you need to cancel an order placed with us, please contact us immediately. You can cancel it unless it is a personalised order which has already been produced. Please contact us to enquire on your order progress.
